Canada’s Sugar Beach

After only nine months of construction, Canada’s Sugar Beach officially opened to the public in July 2010. The park, located at the water’s edge just east of Jarvis St., across the slip from the Redpath Sugar Factory, is one of the first public spaces to open in the new East Bayfront neighbourhood. Since opening, Canada’s Sugar Beach with its candy-striped rocks, pink beach umbrellas and white muskoka chairs has already become a must-see waterfront attraction
